Flanders Semiconductors is a non-profit organisation founded by initiative of semiconductor companies operating in the Flanders region. However, membership is open to qualifying companies located outside Flanders and other interested organisations. Flanders Semiconductors supports the needs of its members and represents their interests at the local, European, and global levels.
Flanders Semiconductors boosts the visibility and prominence of its member companies, establishing itself as a hub for the semiconductor industry. In doing so, we promote the region’s ecosystem and help to attract foreign investment to further grow this industry in the region.

Who can become a member?
Voting membership:
All companies with semiconductors as main business.
Focus is on Flanders, but open to all qualifying companies (in the broad region).
Qualifying companies:
Semiconductor business activities defined as development, production and sale of
IC design tools and IP
IC design services
Semiconductor devices (all materials and device categories)
Foundry services
IC test, qualification and assembly services
Materials, equipment and facilities for semiconductor R&D and manufacturing
Associate membership:
Universities, R&D organisations and non-qualifying companies / organisations.
What we expect from you?
We expect our members to actively contribute, collaborate, and stay informed to drive the growth and competitiveness of the semiconductor industry in Flanders.
Pricing
The membership fee is Euro 2.500,- per year. This will cover our operational expenses and support programs. They are essential for the Flanders Semiconductors to continue our mission and achieve our goals.
As a gesture of support for start-up companies less than one year old, the first year of membership is free. We believe in fostering growth and collaboration within the semiconductor community, and this is our way of investing in the promising future of start-ups. This means, if your company was registered in 2023, your 2024 membership comes at no cost.
