Dear members,

Talent acquisition was (and is) one of the primary goals of Flanders Semiconductor. With a global & world-wide approach to recruitment, our recruits join an eco-system, not just a single company. Thanks to the wide range of required skills & competencies within our member-companies, top talent will have an outlook to various job and career opportunities inside the eco-system.

Attracting & welcoming new talent is the common denominator of the HR teams of our members. This comes with shared challenges, next to the individual company-needs (e.g. legislation, work-permits, …).

The FS Board invites you to join the “Flanders Semiconductor HR Community” members-only event.

We invite the HR-responsibles of our members to join an informal get-together with cake & coffee:

When: Thursday May 8, 2025 – 19H00-21H00

Where: Hendrik Consciencestraat 1b, 2800 Mechelen (= PO box Flanders Semiconductor; Caeleste offices – 3^rd floor)

With this initiative, we envision to create a well-connected and active HR community within our eco-system. The initial community events will be centrally hosted. We count on the community to become self-organized in due time.
